This will run on any version of windows.
Purchased in 1996 I used this product myself and today touch-type 90WPM.
Using this 1 hour per day (and unlearning 2 finger typing) after 6 months I was up to 40wpm touch typing. After that you're on your own...but you will speed up over the years.
The hardest thing to do is refrain from typing with 2 fingers - when you first start using all 10 you will be typing slower than with your accustomed 2. But if you show immense willpower you will eventually crack it and your 10 finger speed will overtake your 2 finger speed after a few weeks/months.

You will eventually type faster
You can type and watch TV at the same time
You can type without sight of the keyboard and in the dark
You can use it in order to help secure certain types of employment.

بالنسبة للمشكلة التي ذكرتها فلا أعتقد أن المشكلة في الاصدارة و لكن المشكلة في الكودكس الموجودة لديك في الكمبيوتر فهي ضرورية حتى ترى الصورة و أقترح أن تنزل هذه الحزمة من الكودكس و تثبتها و إن شاء الله تنحل المشكلة 0
