السؤال يقول:
The body mass index (BMI), or Quetelet index, is a statistical measurement which compares a person's weight and height. Though it does not actually measure the percentage of body fat, it is a useful tool to estimate a healthy body weight based on how tall a person is. Due to its ease of measurement and calculation, it is the most widely used diagnostic tool to identify obesity problems within a population. However it is not considered appropriate to use as a final indication for diagnosing individuals.(from Wikipedia encyclopedia).
Your task is to write a pseudocode and a corresponding C++ program that will ask the user to enter three values representing his/her height in (feet, inch) format and his/her weight in Kilograms respectively. Your program should then calculate and display the Body Mass index of the user. As well as the body mass table so that the user can assess his/her level of fitness.
Note that
1. The metric formula for calculating the body mass index is defined as follows
Where height is expressed in meters and weight in Kilograms
and 1 foot =12 inches and 1 inch= 2.54 centimeters
2. The body index table is defined as follows
BMI Range
Interpretation
BMI<18.5
Underweight
18.5<= BMI < 25
Normal
25<= BMI < 30
Overweight
30<= BMI
Obese
