السلام عليكم عذرا لا أستطيع الإجابة إلاّ بالفرنسيّة - هل مشكلة التهاب الضرع في النوق له علاقة باضافة الاملاح والفيتامينات؟ je ne crois pas que les sels et les vitamines ont une relation directe sur les mammites des chamelles - وما هو علاج الالتهاب المتكرر والتضخم مع اني استعملت البنسلين والاستربتومايسين(بن بكس) وفروسمايد ومضاد التهاب؟ ابي لو سمحتم طريقة لتفادي الالتهاب والوقاية منه ؟ 1/ il faut verifier que le troupeau ne présente pas une infestation par les tiques 2/ verifier qu'il n'y a pas des lésions causées par les méthodes traditionnelles de sevrage du chamelon tel que l'utilisation de la boue sur les trayons, l'application de tissus ou des appareils anti-allaitement qui peuvent etre nuisible et la porte d'entée des germes 3/ il ne faut pas qu'il y a du lait contaminé au niveau du sol sinon ca sera un cercle vicieux (sol pouciéreux, traite manuelle dont l'hygiène est douteuse, protège mamelle souillé). Vérifier l'hygiène = généralement une hygiène défectueuse est la cause. 4/ il faut appliquer un traitement local au niveau de la mamelle sans oublier de vider tout le lait de la mamelle avant le traitement 5/ certaines souches bactériennes peuvent d'autre part présenter une résistance à certains antibiotiques surtout s'ils sont fréquemment utilisés
