MRCP 2 Practice Papers: Case Histories, Data Interpretations and Photographic Material ​

A useful addition for further revision

This revision book consists of four MCQ papers each of approximately 70questions each. They all follow the BOF or 2 from many format as seen inthe MRCP2 written exam. There are a good variety of pictures, ECGs andother data interpretation questions as well as case histories.
I did feel that the explanations could have been be fuller. In certaintricky subject areas the explanations given did not greatly increase my understanding of the topic. The other problem was that the questions inthe book did not have the same "feel" as those in the exam. This is generally a good book.

4 serious practice papers in the current (n of many) format, which we found extremely close to the real thing. Most of the all-time topics are covered and many questions were very close to the recent exam paper. Answers have helpful comments, which give (some) insight into the mind of people who set the exam. Some of the images wre a bit tinted but otherwise of very good quality. The chapter on tests and family trees is extremely useful, not just for the exam.

GENERAL


- You will need at least 200MB of free hard disk space to install MKSAP 14 software. Please ensure that you have sufficient space prior to beginning the installation.
- For detailed instructions on the use of this software, please consult the Help application located within the application. (Open the application and choose "Help" from the main menubar at the top of the screen.)

WINDOWS
- Windows 98 and ME are only minimally supported. Some features, e.g., Multimedia Tutorials, require upgrading to a currently supported version of Windows, e.g., Windows 2000, XP, or Vista. Please either upgrade your operating system or choose a system that is already compatible on which to install MKSAP 14 software.
- Note that if you do choose to run this application in Windows 98 or ME, you may be presented with a dialog indicating a plugin error. You may ignore the error, but not all of the features will be supported (see above).
- To begin installation, run the MKSAP14Setup.exe file located at the root of this CD-ROM. If you experience any problems, please consult the insert included with the CD-ROM.

MAC OS
- If you receive a Flash Player Script Error upon opening MKSAP 14, you will need to upgrade your Flash Player to a supported version. Visit Adobe and click "Get Adobe Flash Player" to download the latest version. NOTE: To open the application temporarily, click "No" when asked to stop the script.
- MacOS 10.2 or higher is required. Apple no longer supports versions prior to 10.2.8. Please follow Apple's suggestions and use the Software Update to upgrade your system prior to installing MKSAP 14 software.
- If your system does not already have Macromedia Flash Player or Apple QuickTime Player, you will need to install them for full functionality of the MKSAP 14 software. Please install the most current versions of both the Macromedia/Adobe Flash Player and Apple QuickTime Player.
- To begin installation, open the installer package located at the root of this CD-ROM. If you experience any problems, please consult the insert included with the CD-ROM.
