Please can you you tell me how to unlock a frozen e-mail...............my e-mail has been blockoed recently and I can't access to my mail box..................please I really need help, and it is extremly urgent.........
Send e-mail to hotmail tell them what happend with you
Later they will reply to you asking some question to be sure that u are the owner of the e-mail
this was happend with me and i got it back
