Overview

ChemDraw is a tool to enable professional
scientists, science students, and scientific authors to
communicate chemical structures. It is designed to
work according to conventions we found most

Isis Draw

ISIS/Draw is a chemically intelligent
drawing program that understands the
fundamentals of chemistry such as
valence limits, bond angles, and aromatic
ring systems. This understanding enables
users to create chemical graphics intuitively,
which can be inserted into documents or
used to build and search databases of 2D
and 3D molecules, polymers, and reactions.

Chem Sketch

ACD/ChemSketch Freeware is a drawing package that allows you to draw chemical structures including organics, organometallics, polymers, and Markush structures. It also includes features such as calculation of molecular properties (e.g., molecular weight, density, molar refractivity etc.), 2D and 3D structure cleaning and viewing, functionality for naming structures (fewer than 50 atoms and 3 rings), and prediction of logP. The freeware version of ChemSketch does not include all of the functionality of the commercial version - see a brief overview of the differences.
