The behavior and properties of ferroelectric single crystals and ferroelectric nano-composites
Ferroelectric materials have long been attractive materials for the applications as transducers, sensors and actuators. With the advancement in fabrication technology, ferroelectrics are fabricated in smaller and smaller sizes, at which the material’s ferroelectric properties are greatly affected by domain switching and changes in domain structure. A number of models have been devised by researchers to study ferroelectric materials. However, most of them mainly focused on macroscopic properties.
