Salam evrybody,
I am a Ph.D. student from Morocco and i prepare my thesis on numerical simulation of excitonic properties of flat quantum dots. My question is follows:
I decide to make simulation using the k.p method and i don't know how this method take into consideration the geometry and the boundary conditions (for embedded quantum dots) I hope if there is some one can explain me that. References is welcome
