لو سمحتوا انا احتاج الي
paper in handover in 3g
i wand to know the problem occur during handover in 3G
HOW to solve this problem by algorthmis
which algorthmis used

if have no paper plz any one give me alist of problem and i will search on it
list of name of poblem and name of algorthims
plz i need it very sooooooooooon
