سلام عليكم

أريد أن أقيس الأس الهيدروجيني pH في حلويات تصنع عندنا

لا أريد كيف اتعامل مع العينه Sample preparation قبل قياس الـــ pH

علما أنني قبت بإذابة قطع الحلاوه sweet pieces في Milli-Q water

لكن هل هذا صحيح او هناك طريقه أخرى

Because the candy i am testing is easy to disolve, i made a dilution 1:10 with Milli-Q water

Then i stirred the solution for 4 hours and i measured the pH

Basically this method is used to measure the pH of the soil

I hope i made the point clear :)

تقريبا هذه الطريقة مشابهة لقياس ال
pH of Activated Carbon
 
يمكن قياس الأس الهيدروجينى بواسطة شرائط letmus paper المتعددة وهى متوفره
