The United States Pharmacopeia–National Formulary and its Supplements become official six months after being released to the public. The USP–NF, which is released on November 1 of each year, becomes official on May 1 of the following year.​

This change was adopted to give users more time to bring their methods and procedures into compliance with new and revised USP–NF requirements.​

The table below describes the new official dates. The 2008 USP31–NF26, and the Supplements and Interim Revision Announcements (IRAs) to that edition, will be official until May 1, 2009, at which time the USP32–NF27 becomes official

The United States Pharmacopeia is a compendium of quality control tests for drugs and excipients to be introduced into a medicinal formulation. It is published every year [1] by the United States Pharmacopoeial Convention. It forms the basis of enforcement actions by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and is the official pharmacopoeia of the U.S.A. and many other nations. Therefore, in case of a dispute, those methods for, amongst others, identification, assay and purity determination of a drug substance or excipient which are stated in the USP will be the legally binding ones.

Within the field the compendium is referred to simply as the USP. The initials USP are affixed to materials' names to indicate that they conform to the specifications in the USP and may be used medicinally

جزاك الله خيرا الرابط الاخير يعمل فعلا و لكن هذا عبارة عن جزء من الفارماكوبيا حيث ينقصها
raw materials & API monographs
مثلا قد حدث تعديل في glycerin monograph و ها هو التعديل في المرفقات لمن يرغب الاستفادة منه
ارجو ممن يملك الفارماكوبيا كامله ان يدلنا على اللينك الخاص و شكرا
