Help in C++

Hi all,

I have this problem in C++ and I would like to know if there is anybody can help me with it.
I need to make a simulation for a mobile communication network, where I have some sites broadcasting over a region like circle or square. What is the best way to start this simulation? and what is the easiest way for doing so?
