Tools
You can find all tools to manipulate pictures in the tool bar. You can zoom, move layers, move the visible screen region, create graphical elements, draw, erase, create lassos and masks, use the magic wand, spray, get color from the image, create a blend, fill areas, stamp, add text, filter, copy parts of the picture, wipe with finger or water and much more.
Vector Graphic
You can insert, move or delete points. The fill and the line color of a vector object can be a plain color, a pattern, a texture or a color blend. The colors fully support transparency.
There is a line and bezier optimization to avoid vector paths with thousands of points. PhotoLine 32 can convert raster images to vector graphics automatically
Image processing
PhotoLine 32 offers all necessary image processing functions and many special effects. Beside many digital filters there are effects like emboss, shadow, distort image, project images and glowing. Of course there are standard functions like histogram, image scaling and mirroring, rasterize images, reduce the amount of colors. All functions have a preview.
Batch Conversion
Batch conversion can be used to change all pictures of a folder and/or convert it to another file format. You can use this for example to reduce the amount of colors of all TIFF-Images of a folder to 256 and convert them to GIF-format.
Text
PhotoLine 32 can create text layers. Here you can enter and format text like in a word processing software. You can change the text whenever you want. You can create colored text or text with a texture on it. Left, right, center and justified alignment are possible. The character and line distance can be changed freely.
Printing
Printing is in PhotoLine 32 very comfortable. You can setup the exact place on the sheet of paper where your image will be printed and the size of the image. You can print posters and labels also.
Actions
Actions can record your work. To do this, create a new action, press the start recording button. From now on, PhotoLine 32 will record all you do on your images. When you are ready, press the stop recording button. Now you have an action and you can use it on every image you want.
Internet
PhotoLine 32 can save all well known internet file formats like JPEG, JPEG2000, PNG, GIF and SWF. You can change the options of the file format and see the result and the resulting file size before you save your picture. Use "Dynamic Animation" to create Flash or GIF animations. PL32 can save HTML-image galleries for your web site, create image maps and animated buttons.
