In the name of God To install the Style Layer effects into Adobe Photoshop (for Windows version although Mac version will be similar in location) you need to do the following steps
Step #1: After downloading the ZIP file containing the Photoshop .ASL file, extract the .ASL file using a program like WinZip.
Step #2: Now extract the Style Layer file (named style15.asl) into your Adobe Photoshop Styles directory. Your Styles directory should reside in the location shown in Step 2 diagram. If Photoshop is not installed in this location, then you will need to locate the Photoshop on your hard drive and navigate to the Styles subdirectory so you can extract the file.
Step #3: After extracting the Style Layer file into your Photoshop Styles subdirectory, now you will need to load the .ASL file to have the three Style layer effects appear in your Styles palette. First, make sure your Styles palette is displayed by selecting Window>Styles. From your Styles palette, click on the arrow in the upper right (as shown) to display the pull down menu and select Load Styles from the options.
Step #4: Now select the Style Layer file (named style15.asl) from your Styles subdirectory within Photoshop. After selecting the file, press the LOAD button to the right and you should now see the three Style Layer effects appear in your palette.
