Here you will find the ATP-EMTP programs:

To install:
1- Choose one of ATP compiler gnuatp or watatp and install it.
2- Install atpcc
3- Install atpdraw
4-….

After installation you will probably do some adjustment in the ATPDraw in order to indicate the location of the plotxy program.
