this sounds like a case of generalized lymphadenopathy ( cervical and inguinal lymph nodes). the most common cause is a viral infection. the CBC and ESR that u posted earlier are within normal parameters so there will mostly be nothing serious. if the swellings are still there ( especially if there is associated fever, weight loss, anorexia, joint pain....) u may need to see a doctor to repeat the labs and perhaps take a biopsy from the lymph nodes
