HELP PLZ

assalamou alykoum,

I work in biochemistry lab , and we have recently receive HPLC-DAD . So, i have to start a project to analyse some metabolites in human serum ( urea, creatinine, glucose,....) by HPLC-DAD .

Can any one help , and give me some examples of routine methods simple and rapid to start my project .
